inspired by cuisines from throughout the Mediterranean. Delight in seafood caught yesterday ,then "fresh/frozen," and flown in the next day. Dress is casual for the restaurant and dinner reservations are recommended. Traditional American dishes also available for breakfast and lunch through
the 18-hour room service. The hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping, and entertainment.
24 hour cancellation policy applies for reservations and in-huse guests. Hotel must be notified by 6:00 PM the day prior to an early ouse
